Isaiah 40:30-31 "But they that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength they shall mount up with wings as eagles; run & not be waery; walk & not faint"

I like us to know that strength is needed for the fulfilment of purpose in life.

Our God is powerful, full of strength and might. Scripture tells us that God created us in His own image, thus if we are to function like him we must not lack strength.

Men who wait on God are men whose strength are renewed, they are men who fly with Eagles wings, who are tireless & indefatigable.

Such men fast when others eat, they pray when others play, they study God's Word when others are busy watching unnecessary movies.

It may seem as if they are stagnated. But when God releases them, there overtaking becomes very sporadic. They move by dimensions not steps. We can confirm that from Elijah and Ahab. That Ahab began his journey before Elijah didn't guaranteed his arrival in the city before Elijah. Oh yes there was speed that landed upon Elijah because he tarried before God.

Waiting season is a period for instructions & acquisition of spiritual strength & stamina.

Question is, how do we access supernatural strength?
1. The knowledge of God: Daniel 11:32 says that "they that do know their God shall be strong & they shall do exploits".

The meaning of that is, the knowledge of God is the sponsor & a fuel for strength. The more of God you know the stronger in the Spirit you become #Dr. Paul Enenche#

2. The joy of the LORD. Neh 8:10b "The joy of the LORD is my strength". A life of joy/praise supplies strength. That is to say that depression deprives people of strength. It cause people to lose spiritual energy. Joy therefore is the secret to strength.

Hear this: Anything that want to steal your joy is what want to steal your strength.

Counsel for today is: Make deliberate effort to wait on God even when you don't feel like it, learn to wait, pray & fast.

I Pray for you today, in this season nothing shall steal your joy, depression shall not deprive you of spiritual energy and strength. Grace to wait on God, fast and pray even when you don't feel like it receive it now in Jesus name. You are blessed... Good morning...
