Living in uprightness

To live in uprightness is to live a life free or devoid of sin, is to live with a clear conscience and to live a life free from sin with a clear conscience is to last long on earth.
Question is what are the consequences of not living in uprightness?
Isaiah 59:2 "but your iniquities have separated between you and your and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear."
Hear this: to live in iniquity is to block the ears of God concerning your life, it is to create a separation between you and God.
1. Sin disconnect people from both the presence and the glory of God. And when you are disconnected from the presence of God you are vulnerable to destruction.
2. Sin destroys faith and confidence in God, and when faith is gone life is at risk. Proverbs 28:1 says the righteous are as bold as lion, but the wicked flee when no one pursues them".... Paraphrased...
3. Sin renders prayer ineffective, remember Bible says the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. To see answers to your prayer you must live upright.
I pray for you today grace to live upright, a live devoid of sin receive it now in Jesus name. If your faith and confidence has been tempered with or destroy I pray for restoration in Jesus name. As you pray from today may your prayers receive answers in Jesus precious name.
