The Danger of the Tongue

Proverbs 18:21 tells us that "Death and life are the power of the tongue: and they that love shall eat the fruit thereof."

There is power built in the tongue. According to the scripture above your tongue can kill, bring you down or destroy the works of your hand.

Our tongue has been designed to emit power. Hence we must be warned against the self inflicted curses we pour on our self.

There are many people today who are under plagues by there own making, many destinies have been ruined through the wrong use of tongue.

Even though Nigeria is passing through some challenging period, Beware of the fact that the tongue is a killer and an instant destroyer. Don't let your tongue inflict plagues on your life.

Mariam's leprosy was not a curse from God, it was self inflicted because her mouth leaked.

Noah's son, Ham saw his father's nakedness and told his brethren. His father said to him "a servant shall you be" Gen 9:20-27, what a curse?

Hear this: power has been built in your tongue and the gospel on the other hand is power.

So any time we speak the word of God (instead of negative words) we are releasing double barrel Power.
